I’m a small business owner and over the years my business has grown; along with it the mounds of paperwork and accounting has increased. I didn’t ever look forward to tax season. Going through my box of receipts, sorting through the piles and entrusting my calculator with the endless task was my least favourite thing. I didn’t find the need to invest in the computer programs that required $20-30k to organize my business. I needed to find an easier way of getting organized and required some assistance in viewing my accounting as a more pleasant task.  

Thanks to Josie, I explained my needs and wants and in no time, she effortlessly put together an easy-to-use spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes custom column entries, specific for my business, with easy entry and best of all a custom calculator that flows into other worksheets to organize specific columns and entries. My spreadsheet includes personalized invoices and receipts that can be saved and printed upon data entry. Along with a client financial tracker that calculates monies owed and income earned.

I can’t believe the time that this has saved me - along with unnecessary stress.  Tax season now only includes printing a custom calculated spreadsheet that includes all my business financials.

I am so thankful for the amazing job that Josie did. She was fast, efficient and very easy to work with to explain my needs. I swear it saved me from a full head of grey hair!
